At MARS SOLUTIONS, our Speak Up hotline provides business partners and other concerned parties with a means to report potential violations of the Mars Solutions Code of Conduct and/or applicable law of Republic of Uzbekistan.

In fulfilling our corporate and professional liability, MARS SOLUTIONS actively supports the environment in which you can freely and safely express their opinions and to contact us with any questions and any concerns, including those associated with unethical or illegal behavior. This increases the confidence in our company and plays a key role in maintaining our business reputation.

Reports may be made electronically by using the Speak Up Web form. The protections of confidentiality and anonymity are guaranteed.

MARS SOLUTIONS is committed to protecting the rights of those individuals who report issues to MARS SOLUTIONS. We prohibit retaliation against any individual who, in good faith, reports a suspected violation of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and/or the Code of Conduct of MARS SOLUTIONS. Any instance of retaliation against an employee or other third party for reporting a concern in good faith is itself a serious violation of our Code of Conduct, and is unacceptable and should be prosecuted. Any employee found to have engaged in such retaliation will be subject to appropriate discipline.
